Yes, I did mail a copy of the Stipulation Discontinuing Action Form to the court about a year ago. This morning, I called the court again, one lady asked to call the court in two weeks and explain this to the court over phone (because I am not living in the city of that court.) She said I should ask the judge to sign the Stipulation Discountinuing Action form and then send one copy to my bank. That will clear my name from this law suit. Does anyone have experience about this tele-conference court day? Any advise will be helpful and appreciate. Thanks a lot!
