I called the court clerk this morning. After I explained the case to the clerk, she want to call the court on 28th of August to explain this to the judge. My cell phone had some bad receptions that time and I didn't get chance to ask if this is a court date or not. I know I should ask her to make clear what is this for. She was kind of short on this and only asked me to call on that date. After reading the page you linked in your post, I guess the clerk set up a return date for me in this case. Do you think if I should mail the stipulated discontinuing action form and other documents to the court again before the return date? So the judge can have something in hand before talking to me over the phone. Also do you think if I should call the clerk office again to make sure what is going on with this case now?
