非常感謝老貓在百忙之中的回複,總是入情入理入法。

我之所以不出庭,是擔心一旦出庭法官會判我先生的罪名成立。上一次公訴方就是因為我沒有出庭不得不撤訴。但這一次有summon, 看來我非去不可了。我多次詢問witness support officer 如果我出庭，我先生會有什麽後果，她卻說隻有法官才能決定最後的判決，而且也不肯說任何可能性。網上說會判罰款，但是那樣也會有犯罪記錄，不但對他本人不利，說不定還會影響到孩子將來的信譽。

我想問的是：
（1）如果我出庭，我先生會有什麽可能的後果？
（2）我在法庭上一定要說真實情況嗎？
（3）我在法庭上一定要開口嗎？
