法律谘詢: witness under summon, 多謝

一直在看這個論壇,對很多問題都受益匪淺。現在也問一下我的疑問，對老貓和其他大俠先表示感謝。

我丈夫因家庭暴力在兩年內數次被警方拘留。我們都是中國國籍，我雖然在他動手後報警並痛恨他的作為，內心並不希望他因此留下不良記錄，畢竟每個人奮鬥到今天不容易。我更不希望他的不良記錄會影響到孩子的將來。但我也不能忍受他的暴力行為，如果我不報警，他隻會變本加厲。

前麵兩次因我躲避警方不出庭作證，警方最後撤消了起訴。這一次我告訴警方我不願出庭，他們給我witness summon。但我還是帶著孩子事先躲到了朋友家，仍然沒有出庭。警方給我的電話裏說要給我warrant,我查了一下，under a warrant, 我可能被捕。我現在已經帶孩子回家。

我想問的是：

（1）警方有權到家裏來逮捕我嗎？我丈夫有bail condition，不在家。
（2）我可以主動和警方聯係嗎？這樣可以避免他們來了嚇到我孩子（3歲）。
（3）我知道一個月後會再次開庭，是不是我這次躲避不了了？
