請問信用可以借嗎？

有個朋友提出想借我的信用買房子，貸款房子都用我的名字，首付和還貸由這位朋友來，半年後，再想辦法將房子過戶到她自己名下。這位朋友還提出由她的朋友幫忙替我做假的工作和收入證明（我是沒有收入的家庭主婦）。
後來因為我老公堅決反對作罷，雖然事情過去了，我還是想問問如果真的這樣做了，會犯法嗎？會有什麽後果嗎？
我想這位朋友也是沒有其他辦法，並且很信任我吧，可惜我幫不了她。
