2) 貸款用我的名字 -- then you are responsible for all the debts, no matter what agreement you have with your friend.

Honestly, if somebody wants this from me, I won't treat her as a friend anymore. If she cannot get loan now, what makes her think that she can get loan in half a year? If she can find somebody to make fake working and income proof for you, why not make it for herself? I seriously think she knows what kind of troubles she can get you into.

Borrow money and not payback, you just lose whatever you lend out. However, borrow credit to buy the house, if you cannot pay back the loan, you could face bankruptcy and loss all your savings.
