要不要fight speeding ticket?

今天倒黴 - 剛過完聖誕節就拿了一張speeding ticket。45限速，警察說我開了63. 想請教一下上庭有沒有希望。我在Virginia。我四年以前有過一張speeding ticket
- 當時直接上網付了罰款。多謝！
