Go to the court, if police doesn't show you win, 50%

If police does show in the court room, you still have teh chance the choose to attend traffic school, the judge may offer you this

If you does lose on the court trail, you still can appeal. I have went to the appeal court, the judge offer me to attend traffic school, so no point.
