被老婆到法院告了，收到restraining order,最嚴重會有什麽後果

現在不能見老婆，不能回家，隻能在警察陪同下用20分鍾取東西，要過2周才hearing到時最嚴重會有什麽結果？具體會有什麽程序？這兩周內我能在美國境內旅行或回國嗎？現在我應該采取什麽措施？我在OR，這裏有義務法律谘詢嗎？謝謝
