Restraining order

This is for your reference.

It can be very serious. I believe the temporary restraining order as the case in CA ususlly has an expiring date like 30 days et al, please check for it. If there is no date on the order, it is a three year order. It can not be lifted unless a Judge agrees to lift it. I personally have such a experience. If you violate the order, and caught by police, it is very serious, you are against the court. I believe yours has a date on it.

You have to approve that your are very sorry for what you did, show your remorse deeply. Whether you will be sent to jail, or be charged depends on the district attorney. This is another reason you need an attorney ASAP. Ask if you have questions, also look some old posters related to domestic violence. All I said in my previous poster can be true.
