人在加拿大，新車首日即壞，D檔向後行駛，怎樣申請抗議示威，

前天去提車,toyota sienna。dealer費了牛勁也沒把新車所有的劃痕去掉。隻好要了免費的oil change走人。結果開了70公裏的樣子，踩油門加速時車有向前竄的明顯感覺，以為新車就這樣，沒理會。結果在一個紅燈前踩刹車停車，綠燈D檔鬆閘準備走人，車卻向後開，及時刹車，才沒撞上後麵的車。隻好在路中間熄火，再打著，在D檔還是向後開(當時應該試試R檔，看是不是往前開)。又熄火， 等了10分鍾，開車，這次向前走了，隻是車總是自己慢下來，踩油門也沒用。趕緊停在旁邊的plaza，叫toyota road assistant把車拖回dealer那裏。打電話給toyota Canada 要求換新車, 那個agent 說不給換，還聲稱toyoya從沒有在合約裏答應要給客戶一輛defect free的車。打算在toyota canada 門前示威，請教一下在加拿大申請示威的具體程序。先謝謝了。
