個人的一點意見，非法律建議(The following is not legel advise)

第一，根據北美決大多數地方的Property Law, Builder有權力終止你的合同，因為盡管是你的夫人生病的客觀原因使你不能履行合同，但這風險隻能由你承擔。在這種情況下，他甚至有權力Forfieture你的Down Payment。

第二，你或許有權力訴你的律師For Malpractice。如果那個律師是對方的，你可以訴Misrepresentation。


P.S. To Everyone: 買賣Property不找律師協助，是一種非常愚蠢的行為。
