所以老貓需求了解的是當時您之所以沒有付青所有款項的理由為何? 同時對方是否有提醒您需要付清所有款項才能結束這個合約?

1. auto renew and early termination was still in dispute.

I believe the auto renew is fraudulent, early termination is baseless.

2. Even if there is such a thing called "early termination", it is their fault we did not pay them on the day of moving out. The reason we did not pay them before moving out because moving out inspection agent did not show up on the moving out day even though they agreed to show up that day to do moving out inspection. Otherwise, we could have known how much deposit they need to return back to us on the moving out day and we could have written them a check on the moving out day. Before we moved out, I do not know how much we should pay them.

3.同時對方是否有提醒您需要付清所有款項才能結束這個合約? They have never done that. I emailed them and wanted to get over it by sending them a check. But they let us pay them 5-6 times more than we should pay them.
