請教各位高人:三年前LG前女友通過做IVF生下一個他的兒子,

後通過兒童保護機構將他訴上法庭.從那時起至今我LG付給孩子撫養費直到這個孩子成年.撫養費的數目是他稅前總收入的的接近1/4.(女方也有工作.)

我們現在的情況是: 我和LG一年前結婚,婚後我不工作也無任何收入來源.我本人是二婚,和前夫所生兒子歸我撫養.我和LG現在計劃要自己的孩子,但我有一些關於經濟方麵的擔憂:我們還沒買房, 他現在已經需要扶養三個,如果我們自己在要孩子,會出現什麽的經濟困境呢?

我想要請教的問題是:
1) 我們的婚姻不能減少我LG對他前女友孩子的撫養費嗎?(因為我不工作)
2) 如果將來我們有了自己的孩子,給他前女友孩子的撫養費是否會有變化? 如果是我們需要做些什麽?

PS,我本人對LG需要扶養那孩子是理解的. 無論起因是什麽孩子是他的他就得撫養,這也是美國法律的規定,隻是..the amount of child support is way to high ...My hu*****and has never got a lawyer for this case, he went through court meetings all by himself.I am a little confused and depressed now, please tell me what to do. Thank you.
