Domestic Violence case

跟老婆發生衝突，當時可能有 點激動，結果老婆身上有傷，老婆還說我咬了她。過了幾天老婆因為頭疼去醫院，醫生看到傷問她怎麽回事，結果老婆也沒想就說我打了她(我們就是互相拉扯，我可絕沒有任何意思要打老婆)，結果醫生拍了照，當時老婆也沒有在意，過了兩個月我突然收到法院的通知，告我spousal abuse and battery。跟律師聯係看起來dimiss這個是不可能的，不知道有什麽方法可以在進入法律程序後可以和檢察官聯係可以dismissal。如果不能,我很可能會被判Misdemeanor,這樣的話我是不是就算有案底了。我現在是green card，會不會對我現在有什麽影響，對以後如果想申請公民是不是有影響，另外如果我要換工作是不是因為這個也不行了。律師好象都是想你認了，判Misdemean了事，聽說在整個程序中要再dismissal很難，因為你就是打了，有相片為證。請問大家有什麽建議？非常感謝。
