房客托欠房租，可以現在趕她走嗎？？求助！！

我們家的房客欠了我們三個月（3，4，5月）的房租了，跟我們說她沒錢，會盡力還，但她不肯給我們一個期限，怪隻怪我們當初一時偷懶，又亂相信人，沒有簽 lease，現在後悔也晚了。她是一個什麽樣的人？她是一個你絕對不會想到會拖欠房租的人，she has two MA degrees, both from top 10 universities. 所以也在此提醒大家不管什麽樣的人，都不要亂信賴。現在想讓她簽一份欠條，她也不肯簽。現在我們可以把她立刻趕出去嗎？有沒有提前30天通知的說法，也就是說：我們今天跟她說讓她走，她還可以住30天，嚴重希望這不是真的。不過既然我們沒有簽lease，是不是這個提前30天通知的說法也不用遵守。望大家指教。謝謝！！被這個房客折磨得快不行了。stupid us!!
