Got flashed by the traffic camera.Your input on this please.

Yesterday I was waiting to make a left turn. When it was my turn to go, the light just turned yellow. Since I waited for two lights already, I just followed the car in front of me. Then another behind me followed. A minute later the cameral flashed. I think it was triggered by the car behind me. But my concern is will the picture show her license plate or it will show mine because I was in front of her and she was right behind me. I believe my car blocked her license plate. Do you have experience like this? The ticket is about $400. Our city just had it installed a couple of months ago trying to recruit more money. We all hate it. It's a very small and nice city and the cameras are really not necessary. Thanks in advance for your input.
