一般情況，如果離婚了，條件綠卡也就喪失了。除非對方對你有欺詐、侵犯你人身等事實，並你有足以證明該事實證據的情況下，移民局可能會有另外的考量。
另外，外遇不足以使移民局考量範圍，隻能算過錯。僅在離婚時的財產方麵，會照顧你作為無過錯的一方。
