倒黴的賬單

女兒去年的醫療費，醫生寄錯了地址，又將錯地址給了收債公司，賬單寄了一年多，我本人都不知道，最後在我的credit report上記了一筆，等知道時，保險公司也因過了時效不報，這該找誰說理去啊？實在是冤，卻又無法更正信用記錄，不知道如何是好。真倒黴。唉。。。。。。
