我下班路上開車直行

我下班路上開車直行，我後麵的車以及快的速度撞了我的車，我的頭被狠狠的撞在靠背上，
那一瞬間我甚麽也看不見，因為右腳一直輕放在油門上，腳以下踩到底，當我反映過來踩刹車時，已經撞到前麵的車了，我的車後麵比前麵撞的厲害，我把警察叫來了。第二天報告了保險公司。我的車不能開了，放在車庫裏，還有半年多的保險要不要取消？（取消的話，可以返回500多）保險公司還沒來看車，不知能賠多少。還有一個問題，我有腰積勞損的毛病
不嚴重，我平時比較注意，好多年沒發做了，這一次腰疼病又犯了，醫生給我開了病假，我擔心上班勞累再發作，我是LABOUR 工作，要站8 個小時，我想變成PART TIME 工作，老板不會答應的。我要真不能工作了，保險公司會賠我嗎？
