車禍加罰單，求助！！

昨天晚上LG開車，我坐副駕駛。在一路口（沒有紅綠燈）準備左轉，和一直行車撞一起。車子完全報廢，警察給LG兩張罰單，一個是無證駕駛（LG是LEARN PERMIT DIVERLICENCE），一張是說在STOPSIGN沒停。無證駕駛我們打算認罪因為我也沒駕駛證，可是第2張罰單我們想ARGUE，因為對方的車很快，基本上把我們的車撞的旋轉了90度，警察也沒有詢問也沒有目擊證人說我們沒在STOPSIGN停，我想請問一下高人們的意見！！
