謝謝各位的熱心幫忙，真的很感激，我今天突然看到信封上的地址，

是從對方律師那裏寄過來的，我想問一下，這種信應該是從起訴人的律師那裏寄過來還是從法庭寄過來呢？還有我隻要file
the defence 然後寄到法庭就可以了嗎？還是要親自去一趟法庭呢？信上並沒有開庭的日期，隻有法庭的地址，親自去是不是會好一點？還有就是直接去就可以嗎？還是要打電話預約什麽的？ 可是信上也沒有法庭的電話~！請大家幫幫我~！！！謝謝~~！！！
