怎麽辦？

朋友做夫妻店餐館，有人幾個月每天訂幾小單，又不來取。幾個月大概消費兩千多元。現在信用卡公司發來一個5萬元賬單。怎麽辦！

中間還報過警，警察局也說不出個所以然。我讓他再去警察局報案：被勒索。還有其他什麽辦法？
