Not all retaliation are protected by law. Specifically, only retaliation on whistleblowing on violation of employment law are coverred by the employment law. YOu didn't say why they retaliate you so I don't know if you have a case.

Retaliation 的官司很難打,我幫客戶做過,耗神費時,最後還是得不償失,最多就是出了一口氣。所以看你想要什麽。
