layoff due to retaliation

在公司幹了10年後被裁。假設有充分證據證明裁員是因為retaliation, 什麽樣的賠償比較合理 ？比如說對職業生涯造成的破壞；在當前經濟形勢下找工作的困難；精神傷害等等。謝謝。
