請教

買賣合約過戶日期是4/5/19，買家貸款沒到位，續簽到4/19/19。結果貸款又沒到位，要求再續約至4/29/19. 賣家拒絕續約，房子返回市場。現在，賣家律師說賣家不能再接受新的offer ，因為買家不認同合約已經失效，隻要有這種dispute，賣家不能接受新的offer，是這樣嗎？我們在麻州，謝謝！
