很抱歉知道您麵對這個問題,
與您所需要受到的傷痛.

然而建議您讀一下這個資料,您就會知道,術後院內感染是不太可能完全避免的問題,所以隻能說您中了特獎...然而您˙文中提到 "However, no pain killer or antibiotics were available because all stores were closed on Christmas Day",老貓的問題是您當時為什麼不要求醫院先給您一些"樣品",或是在發現不對時立即去當地的急診室? 事實上如果您在北美大城市仍然會有藥房開門....

同時造成您傷口感染可能的原因有上千種,老實說,真正不知道您想要什麼,當然您給老貓的 QQH 中已經說的很清楚 "Law suits are not worthy",而您的期望是,If there were no such incidence, I would have no grounds to negotiate any discount. 

所以老貓能告訴您的事是,那麼就依據您的希望去做與要求,隻是希望您不會對最終的結果太失望..
