請教老貓或其他朋友，有一小孩，正和丈夫離婚進行中，

我丈夫（沒有綠卡，還是中國公民）作為美方雇員派駐中國的分公司工作，拿的是美方的標準薪水，但交的是中國的稅。如果離婚判決下來後，美國的法律能對我丈夫起作用嗎？我能拿到小孩的撫養費嗎？
