我剛從警察局出來

我剛從警察局出來， 回到辦公室。

我和老婆發生口角。後來我準備歇戰，坐在客廳的床上開電視。老婆越說越生氣，往我這邊丟東西，我忍了一會，忍不住了。衝過去搶她手中的東西，我勁大搶過來了。老婆氣憤不已，走進裏屋。我以為就完了，回去繼續看電視。沒想到她報警了，說我打她。
後來警察來了，問了些話。就把我銬進了警察局（我平生第一次被銬）。

我現在禁止三天內和老婆接觸，等著十天後上法庭。給我的receipt是”assault and batter the wife”. 實際上，我根本就沒有打我老婆，隻是想阻止她，讓她冷靜一些。

老婆等我被帶走，終於清醒了。去了警察局，後來又偷偷跑到我辦公室。我讓她離開，否則我要進監獄。她說，她是偷偷來的。她隻是想確定我還好，她現在後悔得不得了，願意幹任何事。。。

我們都是學生，在Virginia. 感情挺好，就是老婆偶爾做事特偏激，不考慮後果。。。

我的問題是：
1， 我們該怎麽處理？才能損失最小。
2， 是先尋求學校的幫助, 還是去跟法院聯係?
3， 去跟judge 說什莫？
4， 我們是否要找個律師？怎莫找個好律師?

咳, 我一點經驗沒有? 幫幫忙!!!
