8/2準備搬家,網上訂了 U-haul truck 。 在定的過程中,U-haul 網站問要不要 幫忙的 (load/unload). 選了 一家 “Do It Right Movers” 兩小時 $150。要預付 $155.95。預付前 以為是 通過Uhaul最後算總賬。 在7/30, 7/31 這個move-help曾聯係地址時間(上,下午等)。
到了8/2,提前40分鍾去拿 truck,Uhaul 代理人說truck 沒到, U-haul公司 又重新安排 8/3 早上, 我趕緊給 Move-Help 打電話 說明情況。 回家後, Move-help 來了兩個人, 說要付 $50 traveling fee. 我說 等我拿到 U-haul 改時間的 $50 就會給你們。 後來二人之一同他們的老板聯係上, 告訴另一個人都回去 (當時我有點奇怪)。
8/3 沒人來幫忙,隻好自己搬。
搬完後, 發現 Credit card 劃走 $155.95. 打電話,說是 eMove拿走的。 又打電話給 eMove。 回答是, MoveHelp 有 payment Code, 所以把錢付了。
又問 Credit Card,沒有 service, why charge $155.95。 Credit 公司 找 eMove 要charge back。 eMove 回應說是,Client gave the Payment Code to Movehelp 就表示 Client 滿意Movehelp的 service。
Credit 公司來信說 based on the information,this dispute is closed。 當然允許我再 open the case。
我給 Credit 公司 寫了 兩封信 (emails)。
第一封,說, (1) 所有 的 order 是通過Uhaul 同一個網站。改變truck時間,MoveHelp 應該知道。 (2) 我不知道什麽 Payment Code 這檔子事 (事實上也是沒注意到 payment Code 什麽的)。(3) eMove 付錢是在 8/2, 而我拿到truck是 8/3。他們確實在 8/3/15 沒有來service.
第二封信說,(1) 查了通信記錄, eMove 確實給我 text-massaged a Payment Code。但是, 我從未用過,也沒給過 MoveHelp。 (2) 如果eMove 說是 我給Movehelp的 Payment Code, 應該提供證明,說是我給的 (e.g. text massage, email, written note, if by phone, tell time/date and description the story). (3) 我認為是,付錢時, eMove沒有要 payment Code, 或者是 eMove 給的 payment Code。 (4) U-haul 已經同意付給改變時間的 $50, 我收到後 ,可以 給MoveHelp這 $50,但是 那個 $155.95 應該先還我。
有兩個星期了, credit 公司仍然沒有回答。
請朋友出主意,我該怎麽辦?

Upon the completion of, and your satisfaction with, the Services, You agree that You will complete the transaction with the Moving Helper by presenting the Payment Code to the Moving Helper. You agree and acknowledge that Your presentation of the Payment Code to the Moving Helper is Your payment to the Moving Helper and Your authorization for the release of any and all authorized payments for the Services. You agree that You are responsible for any and all payments owed to the Moving Helper. You agree that You are not entitled to a refund from Us for any Services that are completed in less time than that amount of time set forth in your Request.
You acknowledge that if You do not give the Payment Code to the Moving Helper or if Your accepted Order for Services is not cancelled within sixty (60) days after that date the Services were to be provided to You, You agree that We should assume and that We will assume that the Services were rendered to You and therefore You direct Us to release Your payment to the Moving Helper.
