買了房子後，才發現8個有下水的地方， 6個都走septic tank。 賣方經紀從來沒提septic tank問題，怎麽辦？

 賣方經紀從來沒提septic tank問題，文件顯示下水是走市政。

可不可以告賣主和經紀，故意隱瞞，要求賠償，畢竟房子使用septic tank要便宜。
