你的房子即有市政下水，又有消化池，豈不應該比隻有一種下水的房子貴？

玩笑開完，書歸正傳，一個房子是什麽下水，房子政府記錄上應該有公開，因為裝septic是要permit的。如果這個tank是無照裝修，你說不定有個案件。
