•Handling Tenant and owner Funds
•Property Maintenance and Inspections
•Setting and Collecting Rent
•Marketing, Screening and Retaining Tenants

我雇PM，PM把房費按時交給我，他們沒有按時交，就是失職麽。如果客戶都老老實實把錢按時存在我的賬上，我要PM幹嘛？
