我的車和自行車順向刮碰，求教！

一個月前我去機場，街道兩邊都有臨時停車，遮住我的視線。。 當我開過去後，一個男子騎車順向撞在後車門上。我車身留有2道 劃痕。有人立即打了救護車來，警察來了後說，我沒有責任，也同時說，這些騎車人總出事故。我當日就沒有飛成，機票作廢。他聯係到我保險公司，得到拒賠。已經有律師信函找我的地址（掛號信），我懷疑他沒有醫療保險。信我沒有打開，沒有門牌號碼，是門房轉給我的。我在紐約曼哈頓，當時我看對方騎車人，車身和人身上都沒保護頭盔和紅燈什麽的。。

我要怎麽辦？
