Yes, but you could have reasonably assumed that the gentleman/lady is not likely a ABA law grad.

Even in CA, even a non-ABA accrdited long-distance law education grad could sit for the bar exam.

I really don't want to argue with you. Just want to to discuss, and to provide as much as I know.
