被租車公司冤枉隻能認了嗎？

事情是這樣的：我是異地還車。租車時我檢查了車外麵發現保險杠有損壞就知會了當班的人。他說他會記下來。後來還車的時候我就主動向收車的指出保險杠的損壞，結果他說沒記錄，又仔細把車檢查了一遍，發現車內GPS的屏幕有個小坑。這個我收車時沒注意，確實也不明顯。我就告訴他不是我弄的。後來又找了小頭目來，忙亂一陣小頭目給我說you are good to go.
回來兩月後收到租車公司的信，說保險杠那個他們取消了，但是認為我要對那個小坑負責，要賠二千五。這個絕對是冤枉了。也不說那個獅子大開口的修車價。我寫信告訴他們那個不是我造成的。他們根本就沒有好的關於車損的記錄，就像那個保險杠的例子。租車公司應該負責檢查車並記錄，不是把責任都推給客人，指望客人沒有檢查到的來賠償，這種經營方式是一種欺詐的行為。隨後又嚐試聯係一個小主管，但是她就是不接電話。
現在租車公司又來要錢，說十天裏必須付。這個難道我隻能認了嗎？另外我是出公差，是中國公司不是很規範，叫我們不要買租車公司的保險。我已知會公司的人事部，但如果他們不盡快處理，我是不是得先自己付呢？我不希望這個影響我的信用。
現在還有什麽可做呢？我雖然這事是沒法證實，但是我覺得也不能這麽認了。我打算寫封信給BBB。
