If the agent knew it and then denied it, I would be sueing them

Now it is about minor damage (more and so wear and tear) that no one noticed. But they try to blame customers for that. I doubt they actually repair the car anyway. It may not be a systematic way to rid people off, but certainly a way to transfer their operation expense to insurance companies, I am going to let instance commissioner of Arizona know about this insurance fraud. He will care more about that than Alamo cheats consumers.
