關於醫療賬單

全家去Buffalo玩，兒子得了肺炎，去看West New York (WNY) Immediate Care.做了X-ray， 抽血化驗。 收到賬單 $258， 其中$250 是 annual deductible, $8 是20% 自負額（after meeting $250 deductible)。 但根據policy，for urgent care, 病人隻需付per visit fee of $15， no need to meet annual deductible if all physician serivices occure at the urgent care facility. 跟保險公司聯係了，說他們的處理claim是正確的，醫生提交的服務是unlisted service, 還加一句a corrected claim is needed, 言外之意醫生辦公室沒有提交正確的claim。 給醫生打電話，說提交正確。反反複複， 電話，保險公司網上發信息交流，問題沒解決。很耽誤時間。醫生billing office說還要給我寄賬單。在電話裏跟她大吵一番。怎麽辦？謝謝！
