老貓現在urgent care挺流行的，收費和primary care 差不多，有in 或out of network 的區別。

Emergency care is emergency care, not urgent care. 好的保險對ER visit 沒有in/ out of network 的區別。有的會要求病人在48小時之內通知包險。
