很麻煩的問題，請教大家。也在其它地方貼了。還有內容在下頁。看中了一套房子，房檢結束，準備成交，

成交前檢查發現樓梯有裂縫，但house  inspector漏掉了。再檢查發現這個裂縫是因為廚房牆的拆除造成的。和house  inspector 聯係，他說房檢不take care 結構問題，但出了一份材料，說需要結構工程師再評估。和seller聯係，seller說他們不知道這個情況。我們的agent 很想把這筆買賣完成，說我們沒有辦法退出。在這種情況下，我們該怎麽辦？我們很擔心結構問題，不想買這個房子。我們怎樣終止才能把deposit 要回來？
