老貓及各位，先謝謝了。

我們在TEXAS。兒子17歲, 馬上高中畢業. 今天受到COURT信, 第一段話如下：

You have been charged with a Class C Misdemeanor. The law requires that you appear in Court with your parent to answer to the charge of SCHOOL-FAIL TO ATTEND (10 days/6 MONTHS) EDUCATION CODE 25.094.

兒子最近太懶散，我這個媽也確實監管不力。悔之晚矣。兒子其實學校成績還好，維持在top 1%.

請教，

1。這會給孩子留下犯罪記錄或者別的什麽汙點嗎？

2。我需要找律師嗎？

3。我們上COURT該準備些什麽？
