警察這麽做對嗎

今天一下子收到兩張沒有在STOP SIGN 停的罰單。

事情是這樣的：在一條很直的馬路上有兩個STOP SIGNs，我都停了，可是等我拐彎後，警察攔住了我，說我在過STOP SIGN 時沒停(Failed to stop @ stop sign)。於是連開兩張TICKETS。

這是一個單行線，沒車。倆個STOP SIGN 之間有８００ 英尺。

警察跟在我後麵，如果我真的沒停好，他為什麽不在我過第一個STOP SIGN 的時候攔住我？
警察這麽做對嗎?
