我該去找律師還是去法院"file a restraining order against my neighbor", see i

I bought a house several years ago and currently rent it out. My neighbor is very unhappy for this because their kids at age 5-8 usually freely play in the driveway and my yard. They had concern renting the house would limit their kids' freedom.

 

The problem is that instead of taking care of their kids well, they run into our house and request us sale my house. More severely, they threw the eggs on the door, window and wall of our house during their party time. We called the police but they did not admit they did this when police asked them. Since we have not installed any camera yet, I do not have the direct evidence to sue them. Only evidence came from one of our tenants who saw the party and heard the sounds when they threw the egg, but he thought tey were playing the snowball and did not pay attention because of late night.

 

Now I really feel unsafe for my property and the tenants living there due to this kind of behavior.  I wonder if I can ask for a restraining order against my neighbor. By the way, we are in PA.
