As you know, our office represents ****Painting.
Your counsel has indicated we can communicate directly with you regarding resolving this matter.
As I previously mentioned in an email to your counsel, our client will agree to a “walk away” settlement agreement along the following terms:
1. Neither Party will seek further payment or reimbursement from the other;
2. Both Parties will otherwise waive all claims against the other;
3. Both Parties will agree not to disparage the other;
4. You will agree not to report our client to any third party, including any agency;
5. Our client will agree to release his lien.
To save cost, if the above is acceptable, just sign the bottom of this email to indicate your acceptance of the terms and fax or email it back to me at the address below. Once I receive your signatures, I will go ahead and prepare and record the release of lien and send it to you along with the signed letter of agreement.
