德州房子 租戶將整個房子牆上油漆塗髒。 需要重新粉刷。 預估 ￥5000修理。 租戶沒錢修理。  保險公司 拒絕 vendalism 賠償。理由是租戶 "no sign of forced entry and the damage was actually poor painting performane by tenant.  There does not, however, appear to have been any malicious intent on the part of tenant "
