難道這個“actual termination of tenancy” 必須是他們指定的8/12號嗎？我已經在6／26號電話通知他們了，我取消了7月份的房租支票，重新寫了一張一直到7／14號的房租支票。他們還會糾纏這個30天notice的問題或者要求我付到8／12號嗎
