somebody gave the information of the child to the red light camera company. if not paid, it will go to collection for sure. there will be holds on his license that he either has trouble getting visa or has trouble coming back to the country. you need an attorney to contest the ticket. without saying more, red light camera tickets are the easiest to fight.
