Lay off questions

請教貓版主 or other da xia,

I am a health worker with one year experience. After I was certified and have done way more cases about the requirement, today I was orally notified by my supervisor that I was laid off from my company. His only reason is that I am not proficiency about my job, however, with just one year experience, I never made a mistake that causes a loss or i did anything that put patients in danger.

My supervisor suggestively asked me to resign which I don't have a reason to do so. So what should I do next or just wait for the written document? I really want to take action to sue my supervisor because he is very very abusive and I am the 6th turnover during 5 years...

Thanks in advance
