I read your posting before, I believe many here gave you the advice, however, it is hard to undersdand the way you handle your case. why do you still live in that apt? why didnot you call professional to evaluate and clean your apt? If the mold issue were so obvious as you said, then why concerned too much to defense in the court? You just asked some questions showing you are not confident in the court. Why did the lanlord take you to court? From your writing, they might have evidence as well.
