請問貓班長

假設一個房子有兩個owner。有一個客人要來，一個owner不願意，另一個owner願意。請問在法律上怎麽講？這個人到底能不能來？如果這個客人來了住下不走了，如果一個owner堅持沒關係，另一個owner能不能強行讓這個人離開？

假設這個案子發生在加州。
